Rev. Earnest has served in ministry across Asia and internationally, with a ministry background in pastoral leadership and in teaching and equipping within churches and theological institutions. At the heart of his ministry is a deep love for Christ and a sincere desire to share God’s Word in ways that are life-giving and transformative.

He is committed to helping the Church flourish as a faithful and compassionate presence, being salt and light within its local community and the wider world, reflecting Christ’s love. Rev. Earnest has a heart for people and is deeply devoted to building genuine, caring relationships with those from all walks of life and diverse cultural and faith backgrounds. He is especially passionate about walking alongside others in their journey of faith, encouraging, equipping, and nurturing them as they grow in Christ and discover the joy of belonging to God’s family.
